Campaign Master UK Ltd advocates the ethical, professional, and legal use of e-mail marketing. Please carefully read our policy in full. Agreement with our Anti-Spam Policy is a prerequisite for the use of Campaign Master.This policy is in place to protect our clients and their subscribers as well as Campaign Master UK Ltd. We help our clients comply with all legislation as well as facilitating long term professional and ethical relationships between clients and their subscribers.

Policy
Clients can legally send e-mail communication to
existing customers, and those who have previously
requested information. E-mail content must relate
to the same type of product/service i.e. a subscriber
interested in financial services cannot be e-mailed
information on sporting events.
SPAM is unsolicited e-mail, commercial or non-commercial:
any e-mail sent to people without their prior permission.
Sending SPAM is illegal as legislated under "The
Privacy and Electronic Communications (EU Directive),
2003"
Campaign Master UK Ltd operates a strict zero-tolerance
Anti-Spam Policy.
Campaign Master is to be used only for 100% opt-in
permission based e-mail marketing.
Clear guidance is given below so that you can ensure
that you comply fully with current e-mail legislation
and our Anti-Spam Policy.
Full agreement with our Anti-Spam Policy and terms
& conditions is essential prior to the purchase
and use of Campaign Master.
In purchasing Campaign Master, you are deemed to
have read, understood and accepted our Anti-Spam
Policy and terms & conditions. Responsibility for
full adherence lies completely with you, the originating
client, and not with Campaign Master the technology
provider.
In the scenario where a client is found guilty of
any Spamming activity by not fully complying with
the clear guidance given, they are in breach of
this policy and therefore our terms & conditions.
Therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion,
to de-activate their account, and no reduction or
refund of fees will be made.
Anti-Spam Guidelines
Full compliance with each of the Email Sending Guidelines
is mandatory in order to use Campaign Master. Following
these guidelines will help avoid accusations of
any Spam activity and will ensure the best results
in terms of improved sales, customer relationships,
and profitability.
Email Sending Guidelines:
Include
a fully functioning unsubscribe link and clear unsubscribe
instructions.
Have legitimate & current contact details (telephone
number & postal address).
Use valid "From" and "Reply-To" e-mail addresses.
Avoid any false or misleading information in the
subject line or main message.
Unsubscribe requests are compulsory at the header
or footer of emails. These requests will be automatically
processed by Campaign Master, but any manual requests
or abuse claims must be acted on - you must not
continue to e-mail anyone who has requested to be
removed from your list.
All domain names and e-mail addresses used must
be real, current and fully active.
There must be no attempt to misrepresent, hide,
or obscure the point of origin or transmission path
of the e-mail, or true origin of the sender.
You must not use third party domain names or e-mail
address without express prior permission.
The content of e-mails is fully the responsibility
of the originating client and not with us the technology
provider. Given the nature of our professional clients,
we do not anticipate any issues in respect of the
legality & nature of e-mail content, but for policy
completeness we must state that content of the following
nature is not allowed: pornography, indecent or
obscene, no content that incites hate or terrorism
on any grounds (e.g. defined by reference to colour,
race, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic
or national origins), no libel, no plagiarism. We
reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decide
whether content breaches the above condition. In
the situation where content is found to be in breach
of our terms, we reserve the right, at our sole
discretion, to de-activate the account, and no reduction
or refund of fees will be made.
Lists must be 100% opted in and if challenged supporting
documentation must be provided.
