At Campaignmaster, we understand that as a user of our platform and services, you will have some worries and concerns over how the Coronavirus (COVID-19) may affect your day-to-day email marketing efforts. Please see the below information from our Managing Director to give you some insight on what we are doing to help support our clients and staff during these difficult times.
With the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this is a very challenging time for everyone, especially as this situation brings uncertainty and all aspects of our lives can be affected. We are together in this unprecedented territory.
In light of the current situation, we want to let you know what we are doing at Campaign Master (UK) Ltd. to continue supporting our clients. We are also detailing what we are doing to help combat the spread of the virus and to support the health and well-being of our team.
We have updated and implemented our Business Continuity Plan and we are confident that everything is in place to ensure continued service and support as normal to our clients.
Our aim is always to provide a great customer service and we endeavour to maintain the high standard of support you are accustomed to. So we continue to answer your emails and telephone queries as usual and as fast as possible too.
We have suspended all business travel, (face to face meetings and training), and instead will carry out these responsibilities over the telephone and online screen shares until further notice.
Most of our team are working remotely to avoid any non-essential travel. There has been and will be no disruption to the support levels.
We have asked our team to refer to this site from the NHS regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to follow their guidelines.
Guest details are pre-entered into the reception desk system for quicker admission to the building. One-way walkways have been clearly outlined to encourage minimal contact with building residents and guests and lift occupancy is limited to two people at one time. Anti-bacterial hand gel is provided at the main reception desk of our building and everyone is asked to use this upon arrival. Additional sanitising stations have been positioned in key spaces such as entry and exit points. We also provide anti-bacterial hand wash for our staff and ask them to wash their hands every time they enter the office.
The building cleaning frequency has been increased with more attention being paid to the communal areas e.g. stairwells, lifts etc.
We are monitoring the situation and guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Government and will adapt as required to be there for our clients and team members.
Stay safe everyone and look after yourselves.
With kind regards,
